Stock trading is the act of buying and selling stocks in a company. If you own certain stocks and shares in a company, you effectively own a piece of the company. A stock trader is a professional or an individual who trades on behalf of a financial firm. A stock trader is valuable that he or she provides the market with much-needed liquidity, which benefits both investors and other traders. Traders frequently use technical analysis to forecast how a stock will perform.

What is Stock Trading?
Different types of stock trading:
Active Trading
An investor who makes 10 or more trades per month is considered active. They usually employ a strategy that heavily relies on market timing, attempting to profit from short-term events (at the company level or based on market fluctuations) in the coming weeks or months.
Day Trading
Day trading is a stock trading strategy in which investors buy, sell, and close their positions in the same stock in a single trading day, with little regard for the underlying businesses. The goal of a day trader is to make a few financial profits in the next few minutes, hours, or days based on the current market price.
